Thanks for you update. We will dig more to find why it failed to you first time.
Maybe just a problem with keyboard mapping? I faced such a situation when I quickly gave GlusterFS platform a try: the keyboard was a French AZERTY one although GlusterFS was aware of a QWERTY layout.
