Amon Ott did some tests, but there is still no solution.
Indeed! I was actually reading that thread (which for some reason did
escape to my attention before) when you posted your reply.
I really hope that a solution could be found shortly. I'm am available
to spend time in order to contribute to the resolution if that can help.
