What is the frequency of 'can't fix' v/s 'can fix' . was it not the
assumption that the gfid self-heal would fix all the gfid problems?
So if the problems do exist, then we run the 'gfid' fix too? on the
specified files in the logs?

When the same file has mis-match in gfid self-heal looksup the parent
directory and see which one is the source (based on the entry xattrs of
the directory), then it will retain the file in that directory removes
the other file and does the self-heal of the file.
If there is no clear source in the parent directory it can't self-heal.
