I have a question about those warnings populating my logs :

What does it mean ?
Is there a possible link between those errors and the wrong quota displayed :
path limit_set size
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
/yval9000 1TB 977.5GB
but du show me :
6.4G ./yval9000
