<html><body>Are you adding more hardware?  If so...add the additional 
hardware..reconfigure the volume to be replicates distributed with one side of 
each replica being one of your distributed bricks and then one of the new 
bricks..and it will mirror over...and you will be on replicated 
distributed...but this will require 2x hardware....

Anything else will require a lot of data moving...
