Hi,

I had initially created a GlusterFS volume with a replica count = 3.
It’s working as required. But now there is a requirement to add a 4^th
brick to the volume.

1)When I ‘peer-probe’ the new node, it is successful.

2)When I try to add the 4^th brick as follow:

gluster volume add-brick clouddata 10.10.10.107:/mnt/gfsdata

I get the following error:

Incorrect number of bricks supplied 1 with count 3

Any work around for this . ?

No.

Replica count of 3, means bricks must be added in sets of 3.
