What version of glusterfs are you operating on?  What OS are you seeing 
this on?  What is your replication/distribution setup?  Please provide 
more details on your problem, are you able to get out of it?

This is probably due to the concurrency and caching of the files to the 
clients.  Possibly documented on this bugzilla 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1041109  .  If not similar 
please file a bug report.
