Great to hear that you guys are liking it.  To be clear, the work on the site 
design was actually done by two members of the Red Hat OSAS (Open Source and 
Standards) team, Tuomas Kuosmanen and Garrett LeSage who do a lot of work for 
projects (their work shows up in other notable places like the RDO website, 
oVirt, CentOS and others).  My work has mostly been the manual squirrel herding 
to convert the existing site into the new framework.

As far as having forum type functions, no there is no plan for that at this 
time.  We had tried a similar Q and A forum before that did not work out mainly 
due to management headaches IIRC.  Keep in mind that the framework for the site 
is Middleman, which essentially generates static content so it is not natively 
built to do dynamic pages that would be required for a forum style.  Plugins 
for functionality like that may exist for Middleman but we haven't looked into 
it.
