Hello,
I personally don't have any problems with small files on the latest
glusterfs version, with a raid 5 of 12 sata drives (hardware raid with
1GB cache) :
I write on the volume at ~120MB/s with 5 ko files.
I read on the volume at ~600MB/s with 5 ko files.
