Hi, You should not delete any file manually. Most of the time it is not safe. I would suggest to run gluster v heal <volname> info to see if there are files to be healed. You can execute "gluster v heal <volname>" to heal any file present in heal info command. You could also try "gluster v heal <volname> full" for scanning and healing each and every file of your volume. However, it would take long time depending on the size of data.
Still if you see this issue, please send volume info and status along with heal info and glustershd logs.
