I have the same issue. My issue started after someone hacked my account. I reset the password and set up forwarding to a new email address but I stop receiving emails to this account. The sad part is this account is on all my business accounts and documents and is the primary email to many other services. I was thinking that Google stopped incoming emails because the account had been hacked at one point.
