Also, if the email was recently deleted it will go back to the top of your inbox, but if it was an older one you will have to scroll down in your inbox to find it. I think it sends it back to where it was before it got marked as trash! Hope this helps.... took me a while to realize that you have to open each message individually to take care of the problem!
