I'd like to understand why my account keeps getting locked down.
I get pictures in my email, and I download the pictures to my computer.
I do not use IMAP or POP. I use the web interface. Today I downloaded 15
attachments. Totaling 45.5 MB before it was locked down. My account
currently has 4.8 GB of data in it. How am I supposed to download this
data and delete it off of the servers if I can only get it in 45 MB chunks.

It's highly frustrating. I can understand if a large amount of email is
downloaded through POP servers it makes sense. But using the web interface
should not be able to hit those same limits. As I select each individual
attachment to download. If anything those limits should be raised so that
someone using the web interface does not hit those limits.

Now, does anyone know how these limits are setup? Is it a certain amount
of data per time? Or a data rate? Is my internet connection too fast
here? If I understood what the limitations were I could change my behavior
so as to not hit those limitations.

Thanks.
