Hi there, I am new in this group. I have a question about the Gmail IMAP. My company is using Gmail IMAP setting in Outlook Express, but in these two weeks, there were some e-mails gone or just reviewed when no one opened it..
Situation 1: I put an e-mail to the folder, and when I try to check it again, it was gone.... Situation 2: I sent an e-mail out, there is also the mail in the "sent box", however, when I double checked with the receiver, the e-mail wasn't delivered...I sent for twice or three times, and then when the receiver gave me another address, it was delivered. PS. the e-mail address is correct, the e-mail has been sent out exactly in my record, and it was not in the bulk box by receiver side. Situation 3: Sent an e-mail out, also recorded in the "sent box", but the e-mail wasn't delivered. And the receiver sent an e-mail to me, I replied directly, it was delivered...
