I'm sure i posted this before but i can't find it. Google groups, you don't make this easy!
Anyway, i've asked loads of people about my particular issue(s) but no one seems to be able to help. I'm hoping someone in here can. I'm a booking agent for bands and I have a 'Promoters' group with 396 contacts in it. When i first announce a band is looking to tour, i send an email to everyone in the promoters group (does it send to all 396 people or is it limited to 250?) Anyway, then i wait for replies. I get some replies, some saying they want to book the band, others saying they don't. Then, perhaps one week later i will send another request for the band. However, i don't want to send those that have already replied another email, but rather than take out each one individually, i thought i would just have a group called, in this latest instance 'Clem Snide Tour Request' so when replies came through, i could just delete from that group and eventually delete the whole folder once all promoters had replied, rather than the 'Promoters' group, because i want to keep that one permanantly. So what i did was export the Promoters group (which has 396 contacts in it) as a csv file then imported it back into the Clem Snide group. However, that group is only showing 250 contacts, not 396. So, i thought i would highlight the Promoters group and the then click the 'Groups' icon and in the drop down menu tick the 'Clem Snide' so 'promoters' would show in there. Again, it only shows 250. So here's my questions. 1. Can i increase that from 250? 2. When i email all 396 promoters, is it actually only being sent to 250? 3. How come my promoters group has 396 but the Clem Snide group can only have 250? 4. How do i fix this?
