Hello folks. I can't access my Google Apps for Business Dashboard.
I am sorry if this is off-topic (or posted in the wrong group), but it has already been more than 1 hour of desperately clicking around trying to find information concerning the subject. However, the new Google interface in their Business Apps seems to be disgusting enough to make even that big amount of time irrelevant. This group was the only place I successfully reached that appears to present me a possibility of getting some sort of support. Today, I tried setting up my company's email on Google Business Gmail. I have already confirmed that I am the owner of the website, and all should be ok, but for some reason my account fails to receive emails. To sort it out, I need access to my cPanel (dashboard), which WAS very easily accessible through http://www.google.com/enterprise/apps/business/ before Google decided to meddle with the unnecessary and destroy it again. The former URL (/a/domain_name) leads the user to a new services page, 100% useless to my case from what I've seen (I have tried clicking in each and every option in that page to no avail) I also tried to call their phone support, but it asks me for a PIN I don't have. And their instructions on how to find that PIN are horribly outdated (http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&hlrm=pt-BR&answer=60233 -> there isn't even a blue menu bar anymore). Can anyone please help me with this issue? Thanks a lot in advance for anyone who replies, and sorry for the rant. I just can't believe the kind of nasty company Google has become throughout the years. Cheers. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Gmail-Users" group.
