I see what you're seeing too.  My Contacts in the upper-left corner appears
as if it should be a clickable button so that you can select other contact
groups but it doesn't work.  Clicking on it has no effect.  I tried it in
Chrome and Firefox but to no avail.

Looks like a bug to me.
