Thanks! I tried it and the emails didn't bounce back, which tells me they are still active. I don't think Gmail support will help me to reset it since they don't seem to have a way to contact them. You would think that if I set it up with my personal Gmail, and maybe if they check IP addresses or something, they could verify it was me.
