Once in a while someone in this forum asked how to find all messages that
have no Label. It used to be that there wasn't an easy way, short of a
very long search description where you exclude each of your labels, one by
one.

Gmail now has search parameters to make this job easier:

*    has:userlabels
    has:nouserlabels*

As the Help description points out, conversations can contain both messages
with and without labels.

They added a few other options, including:

*    deliveredto:*
*    rfc822msgid:*
*    size:*
*    larger:
    smaller:**
*

To see the list, go to Help, Advanced Search. (It is not the complete
list. There are some options they still do not show.)
