I disagree. You must have both your pc and your mobile telephone to login in. If you loose both at the same time your only option is to send an email immediately and change your password from another pc. Then change the mobile number associated with the Gmail account to a friends number until you get a new number. You should also have a secondary backup email address to have Gmail emails to change your password (with a different password).
