Thanks for trying to help. Renaming isn't really an option and using bcc 
would look weird to the recipients, I want some personal touch so to speak. 
Luckily, I finally found workaround by myself, google wasn't helpful at 
all. If you double click 'a box' gmail puts your contact in in the To: 
field, it gets transformed to text: 'Name from contacts <[email protected]>', 
now you can change whatever comes before <...> and that's what gets sent as 
a contact name.

N.B. I work with cold contacts ie people I randomly meet and hence why I 
need to name them in a way I could recall who they are in case they call 
me. And google is very unfriendly about that, for example you cannot even 
find out the date you created a contact, nor there's a way to see contact's 
notes at the time you receive a call on android phone.
