Sign into Gmail, and click the "Details" button in the bottom right corner
of the page, and click "Sign out all other sessions". Then I would highly
recommend changing your password, as it may be stored in your browser at
your old place of work, or might have been picked up by a keylogger/remote
viewer your company used.
