Hi I just set up a google group as an email list; however, *I cannot add any new members*. I am receiving the following error: "an error occurred while communicating with the server". when I try to direct add or invite members to a new google group.
I have tried using chrome and firefox on my laptop, and even used safari on an ipad. In every case I receive this very general error message. I couldn't find any reference to this error on this forum. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with my google group setup. How can I contact google's helpdesk if I need additional help regarding this? Please help!
