I am so sick and tired of efforts like the one made by gmail with its
recent update of gmail's interface to impose themselves on the public in a
manner that I dislike immensely, find utterly counter-productive to the
very point, purpose of email. I was perfectly, satisfied, pleased with
gmail in its former iteration, having continued staving off this new
version for the awful day in which it would become gmail's default mode.
That awful day has regretfully arrived, none too late, having learned to
hate it the more I use it. What is it about "New and Different" that
necessarily means "New and Improved" that drives Google to think they have
the need or the right to shove this unnecessary, purposeless reformat upon
users that have neither the need or desire for have it hoisted upon them.
