My problem is different from other posters'. I do not recall the answers to any of the questions. I do not recall the recovery email address or it's password. I have been guessing the answers for days. I have been ill and on prescribed medication and this problem is making my condition worse. Another account will not help since important information is on this one account which I am unable to retrieve. Please someone help.
