In a nutshell, they happen because Gmail is bouncing emails sent from a Google Apps account (mine) to a personal Gmail account (mine). Gmail bounces them because it thinks they are spam ... and that the spam is so heinous, that it won't even deliver them to my Spam folder. It flat-out bounces them. I have no control over that. There are other reasons why this could be a Gmail (or Google) problem. Perhaps not, but it could be. In any event, Vinodh Kumar probably should check into why so many messages he is sending were not delivered, and whether he actually sent so many messages daily or whether his account is compromised.
