There is a list of advanced search operators.  (I can't give you a link to
it, but if you go to Help and search for that, you should get to it.)

*filename:*
Search for an attachment by name or type.
Examples:

*filename:physicshomework.txt*
*filename:pdf*  (will search for any attachment that is a PDF file)

Apparently you don't need to use the *has:attachment* search operator when
using *filename:* because the latter implies an attachment.
