Most web browsers show the URL of the web page you are currently on. After
you click the ">" symbol to go back one page, the URL should end with
"/p2". Click ">" again, and it changes to "/p3", and so on.

You can type the "/p2" (or "/p456" or whatever) yourself at the end of the
URL and jump directly to those pages. So if it is a page you know you want
to go to, that should do it.

Alternatively, searching for the messages you are looking for, can be
helpful. The search terms can include a date range.

You can also jump to the page with the oldest messages. Next to the "<"
and ">" buttons, it says something like "1-50 of 1,234". Move your mouse
over that and a drop-down menu appears with "Oldest". Click on that.
(There are limited cases where this doesn't work.)
