Not sure what you mean by sub-files; as google is a message application,
not a files application.  You mention the left side and "move to", so I
guess you mean the label list.  Do you just not want to show them, or do
you want to have them no longer exist?  Either way, under settings labels,
there is the option to "show" or "hide" and if it's user created labels,
then you can "edit" and "remove".
