I belong to several high-traffic groups on Facebook, and am set to get notifications by email. The groups' notifications share a particular label.
I want to see the first notice of a thread in my Inbox, but then I mute the conversation so that I can see further comments when I have time. However, new notifications for existing threads are still coming to my Inbox. They carry the label "Muted", but ... I know that Gmail will disregard muting for messages in which one's personal address appears in the TO or CC field, but all of these are TO the Facebook groups' addresses. I thought of creating a filter that would archive messages that carry the labels "XYZ" and "Muted", but don't see a way to do that. (In fact, I don't see how to create any filter using a label as a criterium.) Any suggestions would be appreciated! --APB -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Gmail-Users" group.
