Some time ago I created a gmail account and never used it but now I need to use it.
I forgot the password but I do know the security question and the answer to the security question. I cannot reset my password by knowing the security question alone. WTF Google? The only recourse I have is to repeatedly say "I do not know" at each screen of the password recovery process. Who implemented this password recovery process? script kiddies for sure. What the hell were you people thinking? I need to recover my password, does anyone have any other ideas besides going through Google's brain dead and ill thought out password recovery process? Is there someone direct I can call and provide my security question and answer to?
