Yes, and no.  You can make a filter that "Has the words" "unsubscribe
-label:label_1"... GMail will tell you "it won't work", but it likely will.
 Key points...
1.  "All filters apply at the same time"
2.  "Messages are labeled, conversations are displayed"

So... why GMail says it won't work is cause the other label may or may not
be applied at the time this filter hits.  I've had very good success with a
filter like that; but YMMV.  Also, if you have conversation view on (the
default) then your MESSAGE will get Label2, but others in that conversation
will have Label1; but when looking at it in gmail, you'll see the thread
and it will LOOK like it's got both labels; even though only one may have
label2.

To overcome the first one; why not just use this filter "unsubscribe -
from:[email protected]"  You'll still see results like I describe above if a
thread has two messages, each with one of the labels, but that's cosmetic.
