Can I synchronise Contacts between two Gmail accounts?

Suppose we had three Gmail accounts, Steve, Louise, and Steve&Louise.
It would be nice to put the contacts we had in common into Steve&Louise's
Contacts, and have those contacts sync automatically into both Steve and
Louise accounts. The syncronisations would be one way, from Steve&Louise
into the other two.

I suspect there will be no mechanism to do this. Apparently Soocial did
this, but they closed down four months ago.

I can see a clunky way of doing this, by exporting the three separate
Contacts lists into three separate "Google CSV" files, and then use a batch
task to see which ones needed to be merged into accounts Steve/Louise.
Handling deletions might be a bit tricky.

Is there any way to automate the extraction of the Contacts from a Gmail
account into a CSV?
