I am extremely concerned, distressed by the discovery over a month ago of hundreds of email messages missing, accumulated since 2005 having disappeared without a trace. What has me extraordinarily troubled is that all of the hundredsof missing messages were all related, interconnected by one unique characteristic. Every individual email message was a single component. part of a long-standing, ongoing project began in 2005, continuing up to the present time, all readily definable as part of my years long effort by one single unique characteristic. They are shared the exact same topic.sumbitted in the subject field withthe exact same words. Out of concern for security and privacy I will not reveal the precise words used but they all shared the exact same terminology in each of the hundreds of email messages sent out over the past eight years. something along these lines;RE: For Your Meticulous Consideration.
Doing a gmail search for RE: For Your Meticulous Consideration would on any given day return hundreds of emails all with the same subject topic. To keep myself organized, I kept track of all transactions regarding this particular project by keeepin tabs on all work, progress, first my creating many numerous bookmarks linking me directly to the emails and secondly by creating redundant links to the innumerable emails on several Google Sites created specifically for the very purpose of maintaining an organized, orderly process. These innunerable bookmarks and Google Site links remained intact but following the links would turn up empty, with a Google message stating the link you've reached "does not exist". The discovery was made about month ago but the vandalism of deliberate, malicious deletion of the email occcured at an unknown earlier time. I began hypothesing as to the cause, source for the inexplicable disappearance of my most valuable, irreplacable work and came up with a theory about what may have caused the dissapearance of what would seem to any outsider to be of great. Fundamental value and importance. What I uncovered only as of today were circumstances that made the situation exponentially worse, exceedingly more troubling than I imagined Unrelated to the missing email messages, purely by coincidence, this morning I just happened to check my Google Docs files, and to my horror, 500, that's right, five hundred of my Google Doc files, made even stranger by that very specific round figure were situated right there in the Trash, for how long I don’t have the slightest idea, the realization of which had me in fear and panic that I was one misdirected push button away from losing most of my irreplaceable work-related documents all of which have been acccumlating since 2006-7. The fact that the only content that I have been unable to locate, despite having made specific actions to insure these documents would survive having made many duplicates, all of which have vanished. Finding the aforementioned 500 google docs sitting there in the trash along with the missing documens has convinced me beyond any doubt that it was a deliberate act of malice and subterfuge for the reason the neatly one thousand email communiques are gone missing ,deleted and having found 500 google documents in the trash. Since then I have changed my password, use, google’s extra secrity precautions to prevent this from ever occuring. Furthermore , it occured to me that my password is in posesssion of th e various apps I’ve registered with and have subsequently revoked permission from all apps, as possibility the mising email might have been caused by those within the organization having access to my app data.
