Regarding supposed insult - I think it's the self-righteous, nerdy geek 
kinda tone that can irk someone who's not of the same ilk.

Anyway, glad there's people out there like youse who try to fix other's 
issues. Let's all not be too sensitive and unite as one in the face of evil 
email frustration.
