We have lots of gmail distribution lists but they are hard to manage. Each
distro list has several columns. The first column is titled "Name" but it
displays the email address, not the person's name. The second column is
titled "email" and it lists the email address again.

It would be helpful to have the name in the first column not the email
listed twice. Is there a way to force Gmail to display the person's name
associated with the email address? We have lots of addresses that don't
have a name embedded in the email address. (Fictitious example: John Doe =
[email protected]). It is very hard to keep these email addresses up to
date because we have to do detective work to figure out who this email
address belongs to.

Any ideas? Thanks for any suggestions you can give.

Eric
