Sounds like you've got a google account that does not have GMail and you've
signed up for a new google account with your new gmail account. You're
auto-logged into your non-gmail google account so it's wanting you to
CREATE a gmail account. To log into your other gmail account, you'll need
to log out of your current google account.  Go to google.com and sign out;
then try those links to login to the gmail account.
