Hi, I have added my business eMail, say [email protected], to the "Send mail as" Accounts (assuming that my primary gmail adress is "[email protected]"). In the Setting there is the option "Reply from the same address to which the message was sent", so that if someone sends me an email to "[email protected]" and I reply to this mail, the recipient gets an eMail from "[email protected]". This is because gmail chooses automatically my business email when the option "Reply from the same address to which the message was sent" is active. Unfortunately, this works only when someone sends an eMail directly to the "[email protected]" Adress and does not work in the following case: For example, I have the mail forwarding from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]". If someone sends me a business eMail to "[email protected]", the mail is properly forwarded to my gmail account. However, if I reply to this mail, gmail does not recorgnize this mail as a business mail and I have to change manually from which account the mail should be sent, namely from the default [email protected] to the business mail [email protected].
