I am running into a quota issue and wondering if someone can explain it a little bit further.
I am getting: The group/sender pair ([email protected] -> [email protected]) has exceeded its quota for the maximum number of external sends. >From my reading on this error, this should not apply to internal domain communications. All of these emails are from [email protected] (one of our servers) being forwarded to a distribution group of [email protected]. [email protected] is a group that sends to [email protected] and [email protected]. All email addresses involved are @mydomain.com. This is causing us to miss very important emails being sent from our servers because they are not being forwarded to the group.
