Did these instructions <https://support.google.com/mail/answer/30970?hl=en> from the Help page confuse you? Is there some particular point that we might be able to help with? I know sometimes Google's instructions are clear to everyone, but if you could tell us what the problem was, perhaps we can help clarify.
