Marko, I realize it's been a year since you posted this. Hopefully, you are still monitoring it. That said, it's so nice to know that someone brings the focus of a thread to the question, exactly. Thanks for sticking with it through all the posts, and providing an answer that can be used to solve the problem. The "Ctrl-Shift-C or B" nailed it for me. A BIG THANKS!!!! Too bad there is not a list of Keyboard shortcuts for Gmail. Perhaps there is, but I've yet to find it. There is a link to Keyboard Shortcuts under the setting here, but they do not refer to the use of Gmail.
