No, emails marked as Spam will not appear in conversations. Another
suggestion I've seen is to create a Canned Response that looks like a
bounce and hope the sender is stupid enough not to recognise it as fake.

Black listing is only available in the Google Apps version of Gmail, and
then only to administrators.
