Since last week, whenever there's a day/date in my email, all I can see are dashes "_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _" and on click, a rollover box opens which mentions the day/date and an Add to Calendar button. I have no qualms about the Calendar feature, I'd just like to see the day/Date inline w/o clicking the dashes everytime.
I tried changing the themes, but the effect remains the same. I am using both Chrome and Chrome Canary on OSX Mavericks.
