What is the purpose of using a webmail account if you can't log into from 
another location?

The whole purpose of having a webmail account is so that you don't have to 
use a specific email program and lock your credentials into it when you 
need to check or send email.

You take ANY browser, put it into private browsing mode, log into your 
webmail account, take care of your business, and when you close the 
browser, IT"S ALL FORGOTTEN!

Look ma! No browser history!

But nooo, I couldn't log into my account because it wasn't the usual static 
location I usually log in from.

So, what the fork are you going to do to me when I change ISPs? Lock me out 
from my account forever?
