They perform the intended function for every new message that meets the criteria. If you didn't want those messages to be deleted, you shouldn't have created those filters. Or you should have adjusted those filters more carefully. When you list a phrase in your Filter such as "Out of Office AutoReply: Document" (*without* the quotes), it will match any message that contains those five words in any order, anywhere in the message and its subject. If it contains *only* the word Document, it doesn't match the Filter's criteria and it would not be deleted by that Filter. If you want your Filter to match only that exact phrase, you should put the phrase within quotes. I don't know what you mean by "It is set by default." All Filters that you have, function for every new message. To disable a Filter, delete it.
