Long story short, I recently took a job that uses Outlook and I hate hate hate it, so I had my IT officer set up an automatic forward for all my Outlook mail to a gmail address that mimics my organization address except @gmail.com. My IT guy has been sweating this decision for months because if something were to happen to me - or if I turn out to be an embezzler or something - the only business email they'd be able to access would be in-coming. After thinking about it - the job itself is a big enough headache - I decided I don't need the aggravation of Outlook and that the best option was to set a filter to automatically bcc all outgoing gmail back to an organizational email address. I can't figure out how to do it. Forwarding filters only seems to work on incoming mail. I did find the following chrome extension called "bcc me." chrome-extension://hmkichigbnaamgiokhbjkigjlggpeenf/help/gettingStarted.html. I wonder if anyone has any experience with it, or has a better suggestion? Thanks.
