There is no other person, or at least no other account.  Gmail ignores the
dots in the name when delivering messages.  The e-mail you're receiving is
either outright spam, or someone is incorrectly giving your name instead of
the account they actually created (which has a different spelling).

The only thing you can do to "solve" it is to just delete/mark the spam,
and if you feel any is legitimate mail, and you feel particularly driven to
do so, you can reply to the people that they have the wrong person, and
should check their records. Be warned, this is another scammer tactic to
pretend to send to you by mistake a legitimate looking mail, and when you
be the good samaritan, they know they have a real person to try their con
on.
