Same here.
I've been using Themes on my 3 Gmail accounts for ages.
One of them disappeared, so now it's blank, while my other accounts are 
fine. The missing Theme account also doesn't have the Themes option in my 
settings.
Can't seem to find a solution that works in any of these message boards.
I've tried clearing my cookies, updating my Firefox, switching to Chrome, 
etc.
I even went through the whole aggravating process of figuring out the whole 
admin account thing to no avail. If anyone tells me to sign into my admin 
account again, I might flip out. It doesn't work. Period.
