I use Windows Mail (WM) for sending and receiving email. Lately I have had a problem accessing email on this account using WM, as it is described by Google as insecure?
I have been into my account and changed settings for accounts, which they now tell me is dangerous(!) and could allow hacking, but every time I try to log in, my details are refused. I am going around in circles and getting very frustrated. I can use the same password on my web account and log-in O.K., so why does Google not like Windows Mail?
