Are you using webmail or an email client (thunderbird or similar)?  Did you 
think to update the password in hot client? 

I think it means your account was blocked, but I believe it should un-lock in a 
few days.  A google search may turn up better details

We are all users.  Occasionally somebody from Google looks in.
